Please collect fiber scrap with the specified container to prevent them into skin and eyes.

Do not touch the blade.

Do not disassemble or lubricate. please contact with the service department of manufacturer for maintenance.

Please gently to use, any bump that may affect the cutting quality.

Store it in a dry, clean place with the protective pouch.

Operations

Put container from the storage position to the word position; pull the slider out of cleaver; open the larht and small plate as shown below;

Set the cladding side of a striped and cleaned fiber into the corresponding fiber holder,and put it into the fixture slot.Note:the striped of fiber should be fixed in the V-groove. Close the small plate and large plate orderly. Push slider to the other side to  cut the fiber off;

Open the large plate and small plate orderly, and take fiber out. Do not touch anywhere.

Daily use and maintenance

 Must ensure that the rubber presser foot and the fiber guide groove are clean (no dust and fiber debris).keep the fiber contact surfaces clean by using alcohol cotton or cloth during the process of cleaving.

Change the angle of blade

If cleaving quality descends (usually cleave 1000 to 1500time),the blade may be worn,Please follow the step to adjust the blade angle.

Loosen the compression screw of blade

Rotate blade to the next scale number (generally there are 12 of 16 two types of blade).

Hole the side face of blade and relock the screw to complete the adjustment.
