ICC News — The 18th Telecom Optical cable Equipment & Material Market and Technology Forum(TOEM) was successfully held on July 16, 2026, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. The forum, themed “Strategic Planning for High-Quality Development, Promoting Harmonious Coexistence Among Upstream and Downstream Enterprises,” brought together over 300 representatives from more than 100 organizations across the entire industry chain, including communication cable enterprises, communication operators, design institutes, testing institutions, and material and equipment manufacturers.
