1.2Main Functions

• Fiber array can be adjusted manually form six degrees, to fully meet all the needs

• Each device can be loaded manually

• Observation system  are equipped  above and behind the devices  to facilitate the  manual alignment operation

• The output of the optical waveguide provided with infrared observation to improve the reliability of the alignment

• The device can dispense and UV curing

1.3The Basic Procedure 

• Install fiber array and optical fiber waveguide manually

• Align input roughly through upper observing systems and interface waveguide observation system (infrared camera system), making most light into the waveguide

• Align and adjust precisely light with  six-axis adjustment unit at input and output, and  power meter at output 

• Points UV glue at the input and output respectively

• Measure each channel automatically with spectrum analyzer

• UV light radiation-curing, and then measures each channel automatically with a spectrum analyzer , complete alignment packaging

• Remove devices

• Waveguide: AWG (1 × M), WG (N × M)

• Output Port: Fiber Array (N-channel)

• Gripping way: FA: Mechanical; WG: vacuum + mechanical

• Note 1: The jig size according to customer requirements, section tilt angle can also be customized according to customer demand.
